Connected services
Connect, check and disconnect services such as Microsoft 365 and Xero from Settings, My connections.
Settings → My connections is one place to connect the services your work depends on, such as Microsoft 365 and Xero, and to see what agents can do with each one.
Connect a service
- Open Settings → My connections.
- Find the service and choose Connect.
- Sign in to the service and approve the connection. You return to My connections.
Each person connects their own account. A connection lets your agents use the service as you, with the access you approved. Email the agent writes in Outlook and invoices it prepares in Xero are saved as drafts for you to review, then send or approve yourself.
If a service turns down the connection, its card shows the reason.
To stop sharing a service, choose Disconnect on its card. Agents stop using it for you until you connect again.
For admins
Organization admins also see the organization's connectors:
- Turn each service on or off for the whole organization. When a service is off, nobody can connect it, and agents stop using existing connections.
- See who has connected each service.
Some options, such as Xero draft invoices, are off until an admin turns them on.
Email signature
Email drafts the agent writes end with your organization's signature. Admins set it up in Settings → My org, including an optional logo. Check your own name, title and phone in My connections.
