Beta Service Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Beta, you agree to these Terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Beta Nature of the Service

The Beta is a pre-release version of Patchnet provided for evaluation and feedback purposes. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features, APIs, schemas, and data structures may change without notice. patchnet ai, inc. may suspend or terminate the Beta at any time.

3. Eligibility

Beta access is available upon approved registration. patchnet ai, inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any registration request at its sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Beta solely to evaluate the service and provide feedback. You may not:

• (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• (b) use the Beta for production workloads without written authorization;
• (c) resell or sublicense access;
• (d) use the Beta to transmit spam, malicious code, or unlawful content;
• (e) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Beta;
• (f) use the Beta in violation of applicable law.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you submit (“Customer Data”). We do not sell or monetize Customer Data. We will not use Customer Data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. AI Outputs

The Beta incorporates AI-generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before relying on them for any purpose.

8. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Beta may be used by patchnet ai, inc. without restriction or compensation to you. This does not limit your ownership of Customer Data.

9. Confidentiality

The Beta and any non-public information about it are confidential. You agree not to disclose Beta features, performance data, or pricing to third parties without prior written consent from patchnet ai, inc.

10. Intellectual Property

patchnet ai, inc. retains all rights in the Beta, the platform, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BETA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATCHNET AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BETA.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless patchnet ai, inc. and its founders, officers, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Beta or violation of these Terms.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Beta and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Beta ends immediately. We will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware or, where subject matter jurisdiction requires, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
