Billing and credits

This page explains Settings → Billing. It is for organization admins and billing managers. Members do not see the Billing page; they see their own use under Settings → Usage and in the usage meter in the account menu.

What the page shows

Billing opens on one summary of your organization:

• Plan — the name of your plan. On Free, the allowance is shared by everyone and refills weekly. On Team, you also see your seats and how many people hold a Pro upgrade.
• Credits in total — everything you can spend now.
• This week's allowance — credit that comes with your plan. It is spent first and expires when the week ends.
• Purchased credits — credit you bought. It is spent after the allowance and never expires.
• Pace — about how many credits you used this week, and how many weeks your balance lasts at that pace.
• Storage — how much of your organization's storage pool is used. See Limits.

Balances are in credits. 100 credits equal $1. Prices are in dollars.

If more people use the organization than your plan covers, the page says so. No new people can join until someone is removed or you add seats.

Plans

Below the summary, the plans are shown side by side with their prices, credit, seat ranges and storage. Your current plan is highlighted.

• Free — a shared weekly allowance and 500 MB of storage for the organization.
• Team — paid per seat, with credit and 10 GB of pooled storage per seat. Some AI models come only with Team; the model picker shows which.
• Pro upgrade — added to the Team seats you choose, for the people who use the most. Each Pro seat adds more weekly credit and brings that seat's storage to 30 GB.

Move to Team or change seats

• On Free, choose Upgrade to Team, pick the number of seats, and pay in Stripe. Your organization keeps everything when it moves.
• On Team, choose Manage seats to change the number of seats or give people a Pro upgrade. You cannot choose fewer seats than the people in your organization.

If plan changes have not opened for your organization yet, each plan card says how to get that plan. Admins can also open the plans from the model picker, and a chat that cannot run because of your plan says what opens it.

Buy credits

Choose Buy credits on the summary. You can buy credits on any plan. Pick a pack or enter another amount. The dialog shows how many credits you get for the price before you continue. Select Continue to checkout to pay in Stripe.

A purchase is a one-time charge. Purchased credits never expire.

Card and invoices

Choose Manage in Stripe to update your card, download invoices, and see your credit purchases. If your organization has no card on file, the page says so and shows no Stripe button.
